What's Membership?
Church isn't a club. You don't have to buy a subscription, dress a certain way, or know someone to get in. At Light House, you're accepted and welcomed just as you are!
So what is membership? Light House is where Friends become Family and grow in Faith together. Membership is the next step a person takes from 'Friend' to 'Family'. Just like in your home; at Light House, Family members have more responsibilities and privileges. Family members use their God-given gifts and passions to bless the entire household (church). In Membership Class, you'll learn more about this and you can decide if membership is right for you!
What will I learn?
When you attend the Membership class you will learn the following items:
- The miraculous history of LHC
- LHC purpose and vision
- How LHC operates
- Why LHC offers membership
- The privileges, requirements, and responsibilities of membership at LHC
- How to become a member of LHC

Where
When
Monday, January 5th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm.
Who
LHC Membership is open to those who believe and follow Jesus, are at least 16 years old, and have been attending regularly for 3 months. Even if you have not met the time requirements yet, we encourage you to come so that as soon as you do you can become a member with all the responsibilities and privileges membership carries.
do I need to bring anything?
You aren't required to bring anything but it may be helpful to have these items:
- Notepad
- Pen
- Bible
- Or your cell phone which has all three! 😃
- A completed gifts and passions test. (if you haven't already taken this, click here)
CHildcare
Childcare is available with RSVP. When you sign up for Membership class, add how many children you're bringing and need childcare for!
